Refunds & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (for example, broken stitching or damaged leather), you may request either a replacement or a refund.

However, no refund or exchange will be provided if you simply do not like the product, as all product images, descriptions, and specifications are clearly mentioned on the product pages. We strongly advise customers to carefully review all details before placing an order.

Important Notice About Genuine Leather

Please note that genuine leather is a natural material. Each hide is unique and may contain natural markings such as stretch marks, minor scars, pores, or slight texture variations.

During processing, leather is treated to minimize these marks, but some natural characteristics may remain visible. These are not defects and are considered part of the authenticity and charm of real leather products. Therefore, no refund or exchange will be applicable for natural leather markings.

All leather used by RHIVEX is carefully inspected, and only minor natural marks are accepted.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is returned within 5 days from the delivery date

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • The issue is verified and approved by the RHIVEX quality control team

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds.

  • In case of an exchange, shipping charges will not be deducted.
